Never forget the price
Paid today
With lives and trauma
That paved the way
For other to enjoy
Life as they wished.
It was a sacrifice
Too big to admit.
We can change the future
If we will only be
Seeking peace
And world harmony.
The power within us
Is strong and wise.
Use it for good
Not turmoil and lies.
